Free Rein has developed a web-based system to allow the management of 360° Appraisal rounds. Management of the competency framework and question structure was essential to allow the system to be flexible enough for a wide variety of managerial organisations.

The system can be supplied as a complete discrete unit for a larger organisation or made available to small management teams through Akenham's managed service either in parallel with organisational and individual development guidance or as a standalone exercise.
