Nissan Design approached Free Rein to build a 360° Appraisal system that they could use to manage their senior staff performance reviews across the business. It was critical that they had complete control over creating questions and response ranges, were able to assess both competencies and values and prepare both online and printed reports that could compare against previous reviews.
Free Rein partnered with Akenham (HR Consultancy) to ensure the solution met professional standards and could be managed by a client’s HR department or consultancy. Akenham have gone on to manage the full appraisal system and the follow-on organisational and personal development.
Since then we have worked in conjunction with Akenham to provide these services to Fortnum and Mason, Norfolk Line, Work Foundation and many other organisations. The system is necessarily through secure access only and we can demonstrate an example if required.
