We were appointed by Challs to raise the awareness of its brands online and increase customer loyalty to its products. The company also needed to engage with consumers via a single portal, housing multiple brands. The team also wanted to ensure that throughout the brands websites the Challs brand was present, but not to the detriment of the individualism of the brands.

Upon embarking on a complete re-branding process, Gotelee needed a new website that reflected their new position within the professional services marketplace. Launching the new Holiday Inn brand and hallmarks to the owners, investors, Sales and General Managers in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at 7 overlapping conferences and exhibitions was a mammoth task. InterContinental Hotel Group's agency, Pimento, and their UK and US marketing teams took over the Farnborough FIVE complex for a week long launch and chose Free Rein to build and manage the online activity – multiple websites, email invitations booking and ecommerce activity.
