Back to your childhood?
The iconic toy brand has launched a blog, YouTube Channel and virtual garage for fans on Facebook.
Fans will be able to follow product news and share ideas through the blog, while a branded channel on YouTube will host videos of Scalextric-related events.
Facebook users will have access to an application that allows them to set up a garage and collect their favourite Scalextric cars. Users will be able to buy cars for their own garage and send them on as gifts to others in their networks.
Garage owners can also win vouchers to spend on Scalextric.com, which was relaunched last year by digital agency Red Ant, which is also rolling out the social push. (nma.co.uk)
